Job Description
A leading international law firm with a strong Scottish presence is looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Lawyer (2-4+ PQE) to join its nationally recognised Energy & Infrastructure team. This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of the UK's energy transition, supporting some of the country's most ambitious and high-value renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
This role sits within a dedicated real estate practice that is fully embedded in the firm's wider Energy & Infrastructure offering, providing specialist advice across the lifecycle of projects, from development and land assembly through to financing, disposal, and operation.
What You'll Work On:
You'll act for a range of high-profile clients across the UK and internationally, including utilities, developers, institutional investors, and major corporates. Projects include:
* Onshore and offshore wind developments
* Solar PV farms and hybrid renewables
* Battery storage and grid infrastructure
* Hydrogen and emerging clean energy technologies
* Large-scale infrastructure corridors, ports, and energy hubs
