This is an exciting opportunity for 6 qualified nurses to join our Inpatient Rehab Service. We have 3 vacancies at Honeysuckle Lodge in Bolton, 2 vacancies at Fern ward in North View Manchester, and 1 vacancy at Copeland ward in Salford. All successful candidates will be working within an environment that promotes positivity, staff development, staff wellbeing, and service user engagement. All applicants must have experience working within Mental Health Inpatient Settings. It is an excellent opportunity to develop and enhance your existing skills and knowledge and work within an MDT environment, supporting individuals with a wide range of complex needs.
The post holder will contribute to the assessment of service users and help deliver collaborative personalised interventions that are service user, carer, and quality focused. Through their interventions, they will deliver high-level, quality care and evidence-based interventions within a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will be responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of clinical care within the wider team.
The role focuses upon collaboratively enabling and assisting service users to meet daily health, social care, and wellbeing needs, in line with personal recovery goals, and facilitating engagement with mainstream services; and supporting and encouraging service users to achieve independence and reintegrate back into the community.
