Varied hands on "touch everything" Accounting role Great support & mentorship Broad management & financial accounting exposure Onsite car parking Hybrid working This role is perfect for an experienced Assistant Accountant or Accounting Technician to work directly alongside a Finance Director who will offer great mentorship and experience right across the entire Accounts function. Key areas: Preparation of Management Accounts for multiple companies across the Group Assisting in preparation of Financial Accounts Bank reconciliation Supplier payments, reconciliations & payment runs Raising & issuing of invoices, cash allocations and support to credit control VAT returns Weekly & monthly Payroll Analysis & reporting as required on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis Support for a range of on going project The ideal candidate: Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / CAI) OR Qualified Accounting Technician Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an Assistant Accountant level role Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work to competing deadlines Proven ability to work accurately with a keen eye for detail Good systems & MS Office knowledge, including Excel If this Assistant Accountant feels like the right role for you, please share your cv with Nicola McCallum who is shortlisting for the role now.
