This role offers a starting salary of £24,000 to £30,000, alongside FULL SPONSORSHIP FOR CII STUDIES. Highlights of the Role: Hands-on training provided throughout. Work in modern, recently refurbished offices. Structured progression plan spanning 2-3 years, concluding with a CII accreditation. Upon qualifying, select from three different career pathways. Potential earnings: £40,000 to £60,000 basic with On Target Earnings of £60,000 to £90,000. Day-to-Day Duties: Deliver outstanding service to clients. Assist in preparing presentations for Employee Benefits Advisors. Coordinate scheme renewals, conduct benefit assessments, and draft strategic summaries.
