As part of a small team that focusses on our members the Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing the relationship with, and providing support to, a designated group of Rail Forum members.
Based on member interactions and feedback you will help shape our wider membership offer to ensure we are providing excellent value services that meet our members' needs; both now and for the future. This includes support with key events across the membership year.
Key knowledge and skills required include:
* a broad understanding of the rolling stock sector of the UK rail industry
* ability to manage multiple relationships
* excellent prioritisation and time management skills
* ability to work as part of a small, dynamic team.
