We are looking to speak to experienced Payroll Administrators to join this excellent business on a full-time permanent basis. Salary: £28K - £35K per annum Location: Brighton, East Sussex Hours: 37.5hrs per week - 9-5.30pm Duties & responsibilities: Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, covering all stages from start to completion. Maintain and update payroll records efficiently. Handle calculations for part-month payments and holiday entitlements. Administer statutory payments in compliance with regulations. Process P45 forms promptly. Communicate with clients to clarify calculations and resolve queries. Oversee client pension schemes across multiple providers, including setup and monthly uploads. Skills and experience required: Experience in a payroll department, processing a monthly payroll Strong attention to detail / data entry experience Excellent numerical skills Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
