The Marketing team at KGS ensures that the school’s vision, ethos, and ‘brand’ is conveyed consistently, appropriately, and effectively through high-quality internal and external campaigns and communications. They work closely with the Admissions department, sharing and updating relevant information to ensure effective promotion to external audiences.
The School is looking to appoint a Marketing & Events Assistant to provide administrative support to this busy department.
The Marketing & Admissions teams are heavily involved in key events throughout the academic year, including the annual Open Day, Open Mornings and Information Evenings and in the attraction, conversion and retention of prospective students to KGS.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will support all aspects of Marketing and Events and assist Admissions during busy periods.
The successful candidate must be able to multitask and be a team player with a proactive approach to work and the initiative to complete tasks in a productive and timely manner. With a background in administration, this is a great opportunity for a self-starter to support a busy Marketing Department.
A competitive salary and generous benefits accompany this role, and it is offered on a term-time plus 5 weeks contract working over the school holidays in agreement with the Head of Marketing.
