Salary: £25,889 full time equivalent including fringe allowance (pro-rata). Actual salary £22,542.40
Working pattern: 8.30am - 4.30pm x 4 days, 8.30am - 4pm x 1 day
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our friendly office at Hilltop Infant School. You will lead the effective administration of the school office and support the strategic work of the School Business Manager.
We are looking for a new colleague who demonstrates flexibility, honesty and commitment to working hard to provide the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
Responsibilities:
* Line manage school administrators, including overseeing training, development and PMRs in liaison with the School Business Manager
* Lead on attendance monitoring, liaising with staff, parents, pupils and external agencies
* Maintain accurate records in the management information system, including EduSpot, Smartlog and Single Central Record (SCR)
* Provide Governance administration, including minute taking
* Undertake financial administration
* Lead on pupil admissions
* Lead on fundraising and marketing for the school in liaison with the School Business Manager
* Maintain the office diary
* Liaise with kitchen staff in regards to food orders and audits
* Assist pupils who are injured or unwell
* Provide support to the Head of School, attending & taking minutes as required
