Hours: 08.00 -16.15 Monday to Friday
About the Role:
The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of a leading repair and refurbishment company specializing in electrical goods. With over 20 years of success working with major brands, they are seeking a Laptop Engineer to join their friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Test, diagnose, and repair laptops following procedures.
Disassemble and reassemble laptops.
Meet daily and weekly KPIs.
Use PC diagnostic systems, Windows apps, and technical documentation.
Perform soldering, part fitting, and final quality checks.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Skills & Experience Required:
Confident using tools like small screwdrivers.
Basic knowledge of product functionality and hardware.
Proficient with Windows apps and databases.
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
