Pay Rate: £11.44 - £13.35 During Training (the first 4-6 weeks) - £11.44 per hour After Training: Monday to Saturday - £11.65 first 6 months, then £13.35 per hour Bank Holiday - £25.00 per hour Pay rates reviewed via frequent pay negotiations. The training generally last approx. 4 weeks and will take place at our Telford depot, before you then work with a mentor for a further few weeks. Hours of Work: 5 out of 6 days (Monday to Saturday) - no Sundays Our rotas are constructed with our driving team in mind. These are split into main types of work (local, interurban and Park & Ride), though there can be a mix of each type. Full and part-time options are available, and the full-time rotas consist of mixed 4 and 5-day weeks, with 1 in 4 weekends off – with every other of these consisting of 5 days (perfect for getting away). A mix of early finishes, later starts, short days and long days exist, and every effort is made to finish for a weekend on an early and start back on a later start to maximise rest periods. We cannot offer fixed early, afternoon or evenings separately. Overtime available at request / availability.
