Closing Date: 21/11/2025 Location: Nottingham Contract: Permanent Recruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister-Lyas Sitting within the Loyalty CRM Team, you’ll be responsible for developing the marketing plan and managing the delivery of reactive value communications. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving commercial results. Key Responsibilities • Support and deliver the marketing plan for reactive value communications, including events, app offers and content and emails. • Champion the Boots Advantage Card, ensuring the business is fully aligned on the role and purpose • Manage multi-channel (Email, App, Events) loyalty campaigns to provide a best in class propositions for our customers • Manage agency and third parties to support the loyalty Value strategy and to deliver clear, concise and insightful briefs to ensure agencies have clear direction • Drive KPI performance including channel engagement and incremental sales • Review and assess commercial/customer impact and define opportunities About you: • You will have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in both digital and printed communications. • A creative individual with a customer-first mind set • You will need to be an excellent relationship builder with both internal and external stakeholders • You'll be happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work streams Our benefits Boots Retirement Savings Plan Discretionary annual bonus Generous employee discounts Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a child Flexible benefits scheme including holiday buying, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and more.
