What Were Looking For:
Individuals with a passion for helping children succeed
Proactive, attentive, and able to take initiative
Experience in childcare or working with additional learning needs (ALN) preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
A current DBS (or willingness to apply) and EWC registration
Role Details:
Location: Schools across Cardiff and nearby areas
Position: SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant
Type of Work: Day-to-day, short-term, and long-term positions
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary (potential for extensions)
Working Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (full day), or half-day sessions
