At Green Barks Search we are proud to be working with a renowned earthworks contractor who are one of the UKs most respected and recognised organisations, they take pride in delivering earthworks that are done right—the first time, every time. They are looking for a Senior Engineer to join their team to aid in the delivery of their massive earthworks projects. Their Senior Engineers are at the heart of their projects, bringing experience, productivity, and a results-driven mindset to every project.
This role is designed for engineers who are ready to hit the ground running, delivering on key earthworks responsibilities from day one. While there are expectations of strong expertise, there is also hands-on training and mentoring provided to develop specialist skills in earthmoving—because they know their expertise is niche, and they invest in their people to master it.
Beyond the day-to-day, Senior Engineers have the opportunity to step up, tackling more complex challenges like medium-term planning and constructability assessments. Their impact goes beyond just engineering; they play a crucial role in driving Blackwell’s mission and upholding their values.
If you're looking for a role where you can grow, lead, and be part of a team that sets the standard in earthworks, this is the place to do it.
