We are seeking to appoint a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work with a reception aged child within our EYFS.
We are looking for: The successful person must be able to relate well to children on a 1:1 basis and be keen to support their individual/collective learning needs and support at break times.
The 1:1 Learning Support Assistant’s main role is to provide high quality care and support for a pupil within Reception. The 1:1 Teaching and Learning Support Assistant will ensure that the child can integrate as fully as possible and enable children to realise their academic potential.
Applicants must have the ability to communicate well with children and adults.
Applicants will be required to adhere to the terms and conditions of working within a school and be active in ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of children.
A Level 2 teaching Assistant qualification would be desirable. EYFS/SEND curriculum and classroom experience is essential.
