Job Title: Implementation Consultant
Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 + bonus + Benefits
Hours: 37.5-hour week
Location: Emersons Green, Bristol, hybrid - 1-2 days per week (free onsite parking)
A growing Bristol-based fintech has a career opportunity for an Implementation Consultant who has experience of running a payroll with knowledge or experience of HMRC PAYE Tax calculations, RTI, HMRC forms.
The purpose of the role is to implement payrolls onto the software system, meeting individual client requirements. You will gather their requirements, produce specifications and configure the functionality requested. This will involve the use of Excel, T-SQL and XML. Previous experience with SQL databases and third party administrator (TPA) payroll and pension software is desirable.
Responsibilities:
1. Configuration of workflows, data maintenance screens, interfaces with other systems, pensioner payroll, data migrations and reports.
2. Creating documentation for clients and educating them on how to use the system (engaging with training team when required).
3. Supporting software releases and upgrades when required.
Required Skills and Attributes:
1. Experience in implementing software systems.
2. Experience in the Payroll industry - UK Legislative and statutory knowledge of payroll and payroll calculations.
3. Ability to run/balance a payroll including HMRC PAYE Tax calculations, RTI, HMRC forms.
4. Managing databases using Excel, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio or T-SQL.
