VP of Sales - EMEA - Remote with occasional office visit
An exciting opportunity to join a well-established global hospitality tech company and play a key role in driving business growth within the EMEA region. As the VP of Sales, you will lead the regional sales team and contribute to the company's overall strategy.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a regional sales team of seven, holding team members to high standards of excellence and accountability.
* Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to enhance team performance.
* Expand the business presence in the region by securing new clients and building long-term relationships with key accounts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management for increased product knowledge, marketing to ensure alignment with sales strategies, and operations, finance, and legal to ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in marketing and revenue to develop and implement the business strategy, including sales forecasting.
* Report, track, and analyze sales team KPIs within the region.
* Contribute to the overall company strategy and direction from a sales perspective.
Skills Required
* Experience in a similar role within hospitality tech.
* Extensive knowledge of sales strategies and experience managing a high-performing sales team.
* Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong relationship-building capabilities.
* Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
Additional Details
* Up to £100,000 per year + 30% bonus + 25 days holidays.
* Remote with occasional office visit.
