Ward 4/2 Nevill Hall
We are looking for a committed and dynamic experienced nurse, including those from a deputy management background, to provide leadership and clinical direction on Ward 4/2 at Nevill Hall Hospital.
The successful candidate will have a passion for person-centred care and will lead a dedicated Step-down Orthogeri ward.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sound clinical leadership and will have a value base that is person-centred and in line with current evidenced-based practice.
They will be able to work alongside and support an inpatient multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective, person-centred care aimed at maintaining independence and personhood. They will have excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
4/2 is looking for someone who takes pride in their role and has a passion for improving systems and ways of working in a collaborative approach.
The ward is a 25-bedded Orthogeri Ward with capacity to surge up to 28.
The ward has a friendly, caring, and experienced team that has a passion for providing excellent care for their service users.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
