Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Wednesbury based client to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Customer Service Advisor role include:
1. Handle enquiries via telephone and email
2. Keep up to date with product changes
3. Input data onto CRM system
4. Create quotations and process orders
5. Call customers to offer any promotions or new products
6. Liaise with new and existing customers
This role will suit someone who is confident, personable, and able to build a rapport with customers. You will be dealing with customers over the phone as well as face-to-face so you must have excellent communication skills.
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
