Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time temp to perm MIG Welder to join a well-established company based in the West Bromwich area.
Duties include:
• Perform MIG welding on mild steel, ensuring high-quality welds for both straight seams and short runs, adhering to industry standards.
• Assemble components accurately and efficiently using hand and power tools to support production processes.
• Safely operate overhead cranes (training provided), following all safety protocols to ensure smooth and efficient material handling.
• Set up and maintain personal welding equipment, ensuring proper functioning for optimal performance.
• Operate industrial machinery (e.g., laser cutting machines, brake press machines, press machines) when required, following operational guidelines and safety procedures.
HOURS
07:30am – 16:30pm (Monday to Thursday)
07:30am – 14:00pm (Friday)
PAY RATE
£13.00ph to £14.00ph
