Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join our team. Job Description: As a Commercial Property Paralegal you will be involved in providing assistance to the solicitors within the department in relation to a mix of client work. Carrying out legal tasks is required, including drafting tasks in relation to legal documentation, drafting correspondence, preparation of SDLT returns and Land Registry forms and liaising directly with clients. The role also requires undertaking administrative tasks as well as transcription work, taking client calls, managing diaries, and assisting with file management as well as support for organising, and attendance at marketing events. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in the preparation of documents for commercial property transactions, including leases, contracts, and sale/purchase agreements. - Conducting legal research and drafting reports on commercial property law. - Assisting with due diligence, including reviewing title documents, searches, and other relevant documents. - Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes. -Managing case files and ensuring all deadlines are met. - Providing general administrative support to senior solicitors and partners within the commercial property team. Requirements: - Excellent Client Care. - Knowledge of commercial property law and experience within a legal firm. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software (experience with case management systems is a plus). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - A proactive and flexible approach to work. - A Law degree or relevant paralegal qualification is preferred but not essential.
