We are looking for an Office Assistant to support our Lettings Team at Lancashire Properties. The role is to provide administrative support within the Lettings Team to ensure the smooth and effective running of the team.
Main duties will include:
1. Answering incoming phone calls
2. Business generation activities
3. Diary management
4. Liaising with clients
5. Providing support to a busy team
6. General office duties including filing, archiving, scanning and typing, answering phone calls, arranging viewings, maintaining client database, using property software, and meeting and greeting clients.
7. Driving around to carry out various tasks as and when required, including viewings.
The ideal candidate will require the following skills:
1. Efficient and well-organised with a keen eye for detail
2. Confident with a professional approach
3. Excellent standard of communication
4. Good level of IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Office
5. Exceptional customer service skills
6. Able to work well in a pressurised office environment and with a team
7. A genuine desire to build new business
8. Time management skills
9. Good attention to detail
Job Details:
Full Time Permanent Role with a 3-month probation period
21 days holidays plus bank holidays
Office Timings: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (1 Hour Lunch Break)
Expected start date: 01/03/2025
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour (NMW) or £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
