Recruitment Advisor

37 hours a week, Monday-Friday
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient recruitment service at our public sector client based in Wales, ensuring fair, effective, and compliant processes. You will coach managers on recruitment policies, work collaboratively across teams, and manage end-to-end recruitment, including attraction, shortlisting, and interviewing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute targeted resourcing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Ensure compliance within company policies and Civil Service Recruitment Principles.
Deliver excellent candidate and manager experiences.
Support job evaluation, maintaining role descriptions and governance processes.
Build strong relationships with managers and workforce panels.
Maintain position registers, organograms, and recruitment data.
Contribute to workforce planning and internal recruitment training.
Ensure legal compliance and high recruitment standards.Requirements
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and high-volume campaigns. (Essential)
Strong knowledge of job evaluation, equalities legislation, and employment law.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of Civil Service Recruitment Principles
