We utilise leading edge recruitment technology and marketing tools and work with a large blue chip multinational client base offering a full range of talent, recruitment, and assessment services.
THE ROLE
The role of Recruitment Consultant will involve a good combination of new business development, account management, and solid transactional recruitment. You will be working as part of a very successful and established team that enjoys a strong reputation in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing client relationships and attending client visits.
2. New business development, advertising, interviewing, and managing your candidates through the client's selection process.
3. Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and consulting with candidates on their career aspirations.
4. Forging strong relationships with clients and companies.
5. Developing and expanding your market sector and identifying new business opportunities.
6. Working collaboratively as part of a team and developing excellent working relationships both internally and externally.
THE PERSON
We are looking for a university graduate/graduate calibre individual with drive, ambition, and commitment. The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience in recruiting managerial and executive level candidates.
2. Technical and competency/behavioural interviewing skills.
3. An existing portfolio of clients and a strong network of sector-specific candidates.
4. Organisational skills and experience using Recruitment CRM and ATS systems.
5. CIPD level 3 or 5 (advantageous but not a prerequisite).
6. Psychometric test or coaching qualifications (advantageous but not a prerequisite).
7. The ability to build rapport and relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers within the corporate marketplace.
8. A hardworking and committed attitude, looking to contribute and progress within a growing company while maintaining a work-life balance.
9. Previous recruitment experience as an in-house recruiter, HR/Talent Acquisition/Resourcing Manager, or with a recruitment/executive search consultancy.
