Baby Room Assistant Manager - full time
We are a beautiful setting based in Flax Bourton, easily accessible from many places in Bristol. Red Bus has been operating as a company for 11 years and continually strives to improve. We aim to make Red Bus the best place for children and staff alike. Our Flax Bourton site has been open for 12 months and is flourishing. We already have an amazing established team but need to add more lovely people.

We have a lovely position available in our Pre-School Room for an Assistant Manager.
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of two years post-qualifying experience who has demonstrated great practice and strong leadership skills.
About the role:
To support the Room Manager in leading and managing the staff team in day-to-day operations to ensure the room runs smoothly, children are well cared for, engaged, and thriving. You will also assist in the development of staff within the team. This is a large baby area spread over interconnecting rooms.
This position would suit someone already in a similar or Room Leader position or someone with supervisory experience looking for the next step.
