My well-established client based in Telford is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.
Duties include:
1. Despatch of all products, working with hauliers/drivers to ensure booking of transport, ticket allocation, and efficient loading of products.
2. Answering all business calls into the office and directing them to the correct person or dealing with queries.
3. Supporting customers in the delivery of orders.
4. Logging of all quotations and sales orders.
5. Building and maintaining a quotation log and reporting on weekly quote figures.
6. Inputting orders to produce confirmation of orders when the system allows.
7. Inputting of deliveries onto Roadrunner and Pallet Force systems.
8. Managing despatch operations after 2:30 PM and covering for despatch all day when needed.
9. Greeting visitors.
10. Updating, maintaining, and creating all customer information on the CRM system.
11. Supporting the sales function as and when required, providing holiday cover.
12. Ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Skills:
1. Essential that you have worked within Sales Administration previously.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
3. Good customer service skills.
4. Able to work as part of a team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Half an hour for lunch).
20 days per year, you will be required to cover for the despatch function to cover holiday working 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
