What you will do: Assess Needs and Risks: Evaluate the need for social work services, identify risks, and determine appropriate interventions to enhance service provision for adults with learning disabilities. Collaborate with Agencies: Work closely with professional, statutory, and voluntary agencies to deliver high-quality, person-centred services. Manage Workload: Handle and monitor a personal caseload while aligning priorities with County policies and statutory requirements. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records and perform necessary administrative tasks efficiently.
