If you're experienced in demolition and looking to work in a fast-paced environment with a company that values safety and performance, we want to hear from you!Demolition Operator / Supervisor - About the role:We are seeking experienced Demolition Operators to carry out safe and efficient demolition work across various sites in the central belt of Scotland. As a Demolition Operator, you will play a vital role in the successful completion of projects, ensuring that demolition tasks are performed to the highest standards of safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:Operate demolition machinery such as Brokks, 360 Excavtors, and skid-steersSafely dismantle structures and remove debris in accordance with health and safety regulationsEnsure all work is completed to project specifications and timelinesPerform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issuesFollow strict health and safety procedures and guidelinesWork with the team to maintain a clean and safe work environmentCommunicate effectively with site supervisors and other team membersAssist with site preparation and clearing tasks when requiredRequired Skills and Experience:Proven experience in demolition operations (minimum of 2 years preferred)Valid CPCS or equivalent certification for operating demolition machineryCCDO cards for Operators including supervisors and Top menSolid understanding of health and safety regulations on demolition sitesAbility to read and understand demolition plans and project specificationsStrong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a teamPhysical fitness and ability to work in demanding environmentsFull UK driving license (preferred but not critical)What We Offer:Competitive salaryFull-time, permanent positionOpportunities for career progression and trainingWorking with a supportive and experienced teamAdditional Benefits - works vehicle, travel time, pension and bonus schemeIf you feel you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role then apply today!TPBN1_UKTJ
