3 months contract with a Local Authority
Job Purpose
* Lead the Pre-Construction phase of projects, ensuring all activities are planned and executed efficiently.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
Key Duties/Accountabilities
* Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases
* Manage the procurement process for all project-related items and services.
* Coordinate with the construction team to ensure project readiness.
* Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
* Facilitate clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders.
* Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Essential Experience Required
* Proven experience in a similar role within the construction/Housing refurbishment sector is essential.
* Experience of the Pre-Construction phase, including design, procurement, and planning is essential.
* Experience of health and safety regulations in the construction industry is essential.
Essential Qualification Required
* A degree in a relevant field such as Construction/Building Management or Civil Engineering is essential.
