Administrative support- responding to patient queries, managing patient referrals and maintaining accurate patient records 2. Documentation- Tying letters, clinical reports and updating spreadsheets 3. Coordination: liaising with external agencies such as hospitals and community services to ensure the processing of referrals 4. Office management- Ordering office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and organising clinical meetings. About us 4 GP Partners, 1 Prescribing Nurse, 1 Practice nurse and HCA. There may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels: 1. Typing letters, reports and associated documentation as required 2. Liaising with external agencies such as hospitals and community services, ensuring referrals are processed efficiently 3. Manage all enquires in an effective manner 4. Scanning of patient related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patients healthcare records 5. Input data into the patients healthcare records as necessary 6. Process referrals using the electronic referral system 7.
