You’ll play a vital role in providing patient, understanding support, encouraging her independence, and promoting emotional regulation while fostering her personal growth in a stable and supportive environment.
2. Supporting a kind-hearted and thoughtful individual
Join us to support another kind-hearted and thoughtful individual with autism and a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia who is looking for a proactive and empathetic support team. This person enjoys music, meditation, and gaming and benefits from a calm, structured environment. During moments of anxiety or sensory overload, your role will be to offer consistent reassurance and create a sense of security. You’ll be instrumental in helping him engage with the community, manage his mental health, and explore meaningful activities that enhance his well-being.
3. Supporting a Vibrant and Determined Individual
Join us to support a young woman with a mild learning disability and autism who is seeking a supportive and engaging team member. She loves music, karaoke, and cooking and values her close family connections. You’ll help her build trust, develop emotional regulation skills, and maintain a healthy lifestyle while encouraging her independence. If you are passionate about fostering meaningful community engagement and supporting emotional growth, this role is for you.
4. Supporting a Resilient and Creative Individual
This opportunity involves working with a resilient young woman with moderate learning disabilities and mental health needs. She has a creative spirit and enjoys routines, visual plans, and staying socially connected. Your role will focus on empowering her to manage her emotional stability, build independence, and participate in structured activities like meal planning and outings. 5. Supporting a Driven and Ambitious Young Adult

This position is ideal for someone who is patient, creative, and dedicated to promoting independence.
These specialised support roles attract an hourly rate of pay of £14.75 per hour and the locations are due to come onboard in mid-January. All of the roles are based within the South Tyneside region and applicants must be able to travel easily to these locations on a 24/7 basis.
