We currently have roles for individuals who like to work alone or as part of a double-up team. Flexible shifts are available in Central, East, and West Southampton, including Days from 7am to 5pm, Evenings from 5pm to 10pm, and Weekends between 7am and 10pm, allowing you to work around your preferred hours.
Given the nature of the role, candidates must hold a full, valid, and clean driving licence, have access to their own motorised transport, and a business insurance policy.

About the Role
A Support Worker’s role can be wide and varied, and no two days are the same. Here’s an idea of what you could be doing:
* Promoting and encouraging independence while assisting the people we support with their daily routines.
* Identifying new opportunities for integration, participation, and inclusion for the people we support, both within our services and the community.
* Providing quality personal care, which could include bathing and toileting, depending on individual needs, while maintaining respect and sensitivity.
* Participating in household tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, ironing, and washing, while encouraging the people we support to join in.
* Engaging in conversation and sharing a laugh!
