What does the Quality Assurance team do? The main purpose of the quality assurance team is to develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with national and international quality regulations and harmonised standards.This is done by a process of monitoring and informing / communicating / applying standards created / maintained by external bodies and integrate these within the internal quality management system. We also aim to proactively seek risk areas and implement process improvements accordingly. Location: Randox Science Park, 30 Randalstown Road, Antrim, BT41 4FL. Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent. Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, either Monday to Thursday (4 x 10 hour days) or Monday to Friday (4 x 9 hour days and 1 x 4 hour day). What does this role involve? This role is responsible for the day to day management of Randoxs document control and sage systems. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Administration of the quality management system database. General control of, amendments of, and distribution of controlled documentation within the QMS. Management of the document control inbox, assisting with a wide range of quality/ sage related queries. Creating and amending bills of material on the Sage system via existing controlled processes. The generation of new product, catalogue, document, validation, job description and training material numbers The discontinuation of product and catalogue numbers when requested, through the quality management system and Sage Assisting in external & internal quality system audits. Assisting in the performance of level 2 layered process audits. Who can apply? Essential criteria: At least 1 year of experience in an administration role Experience with and confident in the use of Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
