The Role
Our client is a well-established family-run business with ambitious growth plans, supplying telecommunications and cabling to large blue-chip companies globally.
Due to their continued growth, they are currently looking to expand their customer service team and are seeking an experienced customer service advisor.
This critical role involves providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls, speaking with customers and clients to plan and arrange jobs, and coordinating with engineers to be on site.
Prioritising and scheduling the team's workload is essential, and the ability to multitask and organise schedules is paramount.
The Person
Ideal candidates will have experience working in a busy customer service environment, possess excellent communication skills, and understand how to deliver the highest levels of customer service to internal and external clients.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Office 365 packages, along with a positive and motivated attitude and a team player mindset.
