Support Worker - Covering Weekend Shifts Including Paid Sleep-Ins
We are looking for a Support Worker to be based in our 24/7 supported housing projects in the Pontypridd area, to provide emotional and practical support (no personal care) for young men and women aged 16-24 with high level complex needs. The end goal is for the young people to move on into their own accommodation.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
We have part-time weekend hours and sleep-in shifts available (additional payments made for sleep-ins).
Candidates must hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle, and be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
Roles are subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
If you like working somewhere where you get to make a positive difference to people every day, we would love to hear from you. It could be a frontline job providing person-centered support, rather than personal care, or in a business support role – we are looking for talented individuals to join our happy, hard-working team.
In return, we offer full and part-time contracts, flexible working hours, enhanced leave entitlements, occupational sick pay, company pension, and comprehensive training.
