As Senior Case Manager within the employability team you will manage the following team members :
* Case Managers
* Engagement and Training Officers
* A Liaison Officer
* Assistant Case Managers
Our Case Management team provide biopsychosocial support for clients referred via our various externally funded contracts. The aim of our services are in facilitating progress by reducing health related barriers and encouraging progression towards gaining work / sustaining work. In addition to managing the team, you will also carry a reduced allocated case load. The majority of the team you will support are based off-site within partner locations across East, North and South Ayrshire, therefore a large portion of your time will be spent within the various locations providing guidance, supervision, case load management and direction. You will also engage our employability partners, building relationships and navigating any arising difficulties., This role involves Hybrid Working. You will cover a wide range of partner offices across the Ayrshire region whilst supporting the offsite teams and engaging our partner organisations.
* Educated to / working towards / operating at Degree Level
* Leadership skills to enable the day to day management of service delivery.
* Experience of working with vulnerable adults.
* The post holder will possess excellent team-working / leadership skills and have the ability to motivate others and work using own initiative
* Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective time management skills
* Working knowledge of basic information technology
* Community post a full, valid UK / EU / EEA licence
