Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor Location: Portsmouth Salary: up to £30,000 Are you an experienced Customer Service Supervisor looking to join a fantastic business with growth opportunities? Customer Service Supervisor role overview: Based in Portsmouth, our client is looking for an experienced Customer Services Supervisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be responsible for a cross-functional team and will also step up to Manager level for a 9 month maternity cover, giving you invaluable experience to aid your future career progression. What the Customer Service Supervisor role will involve: Leading cross-functional teams made up of 6 people – rising to 11 when covering maternity leave. Acting as a coach, mentor and motivator to your team. Keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating tasks, reviewing quotes, approving refunds and supporting with complaints. What you’ll bring: Experience in a Customer Service Supervisor or Team Leader role. Strong IT skills including the full Microsoft package. Excellent people management skills and experience. An interest in the tech industry or pc-gaming.
