Joining our Talent division, you'll be identifying new customers within a specific technology sector and sourcing niche talent for them.
You'll be working alongside a small team of ambitious and motivated sales people. In fact, your new colleagues are some of THE most successful recruiters in the UK business. Most of us started with no experience and are now earning six figures.
Your outbound phone experience will be invaluable as this is how you'll build relationships with tech experts.
You'll receive full training so don't worry if your IT expertise only stretches to unlocking your phone!
Gaining and chasing sales leads, negotiating business terms and meeting customers in-person and virtually will all be part of your remit as a Recruitment Consultant.

As a Recruitment Consultant you'll take advantage of:
1. A basic salary of £25-35k depending on your sales experience
2. Bonus up to 30% per Contractor, and up to 40% per Permanent placement, paid monthly
3. Salary increases based on promotions
4. Quarterly company-wide incentives

6. Hybrid working (2 days a week from home, 3 days from our office in the Lace Market)
