GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher (part-time) to join a vibrant primary school in Bournemouth on a fixed-term contract from January 2025 to July 2025. This position is ideal for experienced teachers or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to make a positive impact during an exciting phase in students' learning.
As a Year 4 Teacher, your primary role involves delivering engaging and interactive lessons that align with the national curriculum, fostering a love for learning among students. You'll need to adapt your instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring that all learners are engaged and challenged.
Responsibilities of the Year 4 Teacher:
Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Year 4 national curriculum.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment for academic and personal growth.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback for achievement.
Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child's development.
Requirements of the Year 4 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching Year 4 or a willingness to learn.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome and encouraged to apply.
