Customer Service Administrator required for a 3 month contract based in Staverton paying £14 ph.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week with an early finish on a Friday
Our client is looking for someone to work within the Customer Service team providing support to their customers. The role will be varied and you will be working with a supportive team that all pull together to ensure a positive outcome for the customers.
As Customer Service Administrator your role will involve:
- Processing orders
- Liaising with the production department
- Keeping customers advised as to the status of their orders
- Running reports in Excel
- Producing Export paperwork
Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook. If you have experience of SAP and export documentation this will be a distinct advantage.
We are looking for someone who can start as soon as the client agrees they are a good fit for the role.
