Support Worker

Westward is a residential service located in Dawlish, Devon, for 7 individuals with learning disabilities with associated mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. Our service provides both long and short-term residential care.
What you’ll be doing:
10. Promoting independence.
11. Taking part and supporting with activities.
12. Administering medication.
13. The role will involve assisting with personal care, domestic support, preparing meals, updating our internal systems, reviewing care plans, risk assessments and monthly reports.
14. Shift times 8am to 8pm. Weekend working required.
15. Sleep ins may be required at times.
