Completely Care Ltd are recruiting for support workers to provide essential respite care and support to individuals, offering a safe and welcoming environment. As an Agency Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of the residents who use the service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality care and support to clients, including individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, or complex care requirements.
2. Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
3. Offer a supportive and inclusive environment to promote independence and well-being.
4. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored care plans.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided.
6. Respond to the emotional and social needs of the clients.
7. Adhere to all health, safety, and safeguarding and our clients company policies.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience in a care or support role is essential.
2. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
3. Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills to build positive relationships with service users and colleagues.
4. A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion.
5. Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (desirable), but not essential.
6. A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
