Project Manager Location: On Site/Liverpool Office

This is a full-time role responsible for managing site projects, ensuring efficient delivery (project management) of our fire and smoke curtain orders. You will work closely with our internal and external teams to manage the programme of purchased materials and labour, including logistics and ensuring quality control. It will also involve building the installation teams and implementing strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance. The overall coordination, management, and leadership of approximately 20-40 live external contracts at any one time, from order through design management and manufacture, to installation, commissioning and hand-over.
Managing all on-site activities ensuring safety standards and that projects are delivered on time, often on new build construction sites, with the objective of managing GP and achieving an NPS score of 80%+ across all project stakeholders.
Mitigating risks, resolving issues and ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered.
Pro-active pragmatic planning and follow up, and being a first-class communicator are vital in this role.
It is essential that you have proven project management experience working with JCT and NEC contracts and main contractors, in addition to this there are a few standout skills that will set you apart from the crowd.
