Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, 8am to 4pm
6 months temporary position - with the potential to extend or go permanent

A global leader in mobile and industrial hydraulics is looking for a Warranty Specialist Analyst to join their Customer Claim Handling EMEA Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise and customer service, ensuring high-quality solutions for clients while enhancing product reliability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Warranty Specialist Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in investigating warranty claims, working with international teams, and supporting continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
* Claims Investigation – Analysing warranty claims by assessing reported failures and conducting hands-on unit inspections.
* Testing & Reporting – Running test bench assessments and compiling detailed analysis reports to drive resolution.
* Claims Administration – Supporting claim processing in SAP, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
* Collaboration – Partnering with global quality teams to evaluate failure causes and customer feedback.
* On-Site Troubleshooting – Visiting customer sites across the UK to investigate critical complaints and provide technical solutions.
* Process Improvement – Contributing to the enhancement of testing methodologies in the Customer Complaint Handling workshop.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience
* Technical experience in customer service, production, or a workshop environment, ideally in mechanics or mechatronics.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in an international setting.
Desirable Skills
* Understanding of hydraulics and mechanical systems.
* Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
* Passion for emerging technologies and product innovation.
