Join our team as a key player in the EURAM AQUA Region, focusing on Iceland, the Faroe Islands, the UK, Ireland, and supporting Norway and emerging aquaculture markets. Your mission: drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities for our Pharmaceutical and Welfare solutions portfolio. This role requires 50% customer-facing time.
Responsibilities
* Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with key accounts, opinion leaders, and industry organizations through a visible field presence
* Product Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for customer inquiries about our company's Animal Health's pharmaceutical and welfare products
* Industry Engagement: Represent our company at key industry seminars and actively participate in discussions
* Customer Education: Collaborate with Technical Services to train customer staff and promote aquaculture products
* Sales & Marketing: Drive sales initiatives, implement marketing campaigns, and monitor market trends to support strategic planning
Qualifications & Skills
* Veterinary or life sciences degree
* Aquaculture health solutions experience with a strong grasp of the European market
* Sales and key account management
* Strategic business planning
* Project management
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
