What you will do in your working day
As part of this role you will fulfil the following duties:
* All aspects of new business - from gathering forms to processing transfers through to fruition
* Arranging client withdrawals / dealing instructions
* Gathering client information as and when required
* Meeting packs for all advisers
* Client valuations / illustrations
* Meet and greet clients
* Answering the phones as first point of client contact
* Answering client queries
* Back office database entry and maintenance
* General office duties such as scanning, post in and out, tidying meeting rooms, making client drinks
The training you will be getting
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, apprentices will achieve the Financial Services Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
* Fully and part funded learning and development programme that includes the CF1 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics
* Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of successful Financial Services Administrators
* Free CII membership for non-members through the CII Aspire Apprenticeship Programme
* Includes the CII CF1 study e-book and exam entry
* CII and EPA resits are to be covered by the employer
* Fortnightly workshops for the CF1 exam delivered by our team of professional qualification tutors
* All workshops recorded and available on-demand
* Interactive chat, forums and class notebooks for real time support and assistance from experienced financial services professionals
* Exam tips, tricks, and strategies
* Additional resources through RM Advance
* Regular tutorials and assessments from an experienced financial services professional
* R01 is available as an alternative to CF1. Suitability for R01 will be determined by a Skills Edge Trainer
