Role: Logistics Administrator
Location: Letchworth
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: £27,000

What will you be doing in the logistics administrator role?
1. Produce dispatch labels and delivery notes in good time.
2. Produce packing lists to assist the packing department in good time.
3. On an ongoing basis liaise with the Production and Account Management teams regarding dispatch timings, keeping all parties updated as required.
4. Book the relevant vehicles for all overnight parcel carriers.
5. Continually progress chase to check that vehicles are arriving for collection and delivery on time.
6. Accurately produce POD reports at the earliest possible, or within the agreed time frame where SLAs are applicable.
What we would like from you:
1. Strong knowledge of Excel and Word is essential.
2. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines is essential.
