We’re working with an independent creative, digital, and design advertising agency who is expanding its Client Services Team. At the heart of their success is a supportive and collaborative team that strives to be the best. As a Senior Account Manager, you will report to the Account Director and join a team small enough to take full autonomy, yet large enough to work on internationally significant projects. Leading high-level, proactive key accounts, you will plan, support, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for all agency services and outputs. Responsibilities:
1. Add value to clients while developing existing and new multipoint opportunities within key accounts.
2. Develop compelling solutions for clients that utilize the agency's key services, focusing on sustainable account growth and demonstrating a solid understanding of clients' marketing needs, brands, competitors, and challenges.
3. Work seamlessly with the wider client services team (Account Directors, Account Managers, and Account Executives) to proactively manage and execute client projects and campaigns.
