Mechanic / Welder / Fabricator – Hertford - up to £19.00 per hour DOE
The Job:
We are a diversified farming and construction business operating over 8,000 acres in Hertfordshire. In addition to our agricultural operations, we manage a successful construction division with an annual turnover of £7M. Our fleet includes over 140 vehicles, from tractors and vans to lorries, all maintained by our in-house workshop team. Our fabrication team plays a key role in supporting both our fleet and construction projects by producing steel components and providing high-quality repair and maintenance services.
The Candidate:
1. Previous experience working in agricultural or construction settings
2. Hands-on experience with both mechanical and fabrication work
3. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
The Package:
- Hourly rate up to £19.00 per hour DOE
