About the role
* A member of the GreenSquareAccord Direct Heating & Electrical Team.
* We are seeking a self-motivated Compliance Co-Ordinator with excellent attention to detail who is extremely organised and able to effectively prioritise tasks.
* This is a varied role in which the post holder will support within the compliance team for all certification relevant to Gas, Oil, Renewables, PAT, EICR certification, Ventilation and all types of detectors.
* Supporting the wider management team with Health and Safety certification along with operative training programmes.
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.
About you
* Working knowledge of the heating and electrical industry and all relevant compliance documentation relevant to gas/oil/renewable work.
* High level of communication skills both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently.
* Good planning and organisation skills showing attention to detail.
* Previous experience of work within social housing.
* Working knowledge of the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations - specific to Regulation 26 (9) & 36.
