Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to assist with daily office operations, execute administrative recruitment tasks, and provide direct support to company Directors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to supporting business success.

Job Description:
* Recruitment software maintenance and data entry
* Formatting CV’s
* Diary management for the Managing Director
* Issuing and maintaining client contracts
* Candidate marketing activity
* Supporting recruitment teams in peak periods
* Meeting and greeting candidates
* Providing a positive external impression of the agency at all times
* Collection and distribution of post and confidential waste
* Organising, scanning, filing, and photocopying of papers
* Maintain all stationary stock levels
* General office administration management
* Recording of attendance / absence
* Production of reports for management
* Having an awareness of employment / employment agency compliance matters and implementation / communication
* Carry out internal compliance checks and reporting on findings
* Liaison with accounts, payroll & credit control personnel where needed
Experience/Skills Required
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good numerical skills
* PC skills - Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required
* Ideally experienced in working within an office environment in a support role, and interaction with people of varying positions and seniority
